2. Union waters are understood only as those where
CRS and MRS permits are valid. The districts have their own name, their
district number and are kept in the union lists. It is not possible to fish on
water areas that require a special purchase of permits, or only a valid state
fishing license is sufficient to purchase a permit, waters managed by private
users, etc. Therefore, it is not possible to fish on waters such as Lake Štít,
Dyje 6, private sports grounds, etc.
3. All team members must fish together in one place
on the given area. It is not possible for one team member to fish, for example,
from the shore and two other team members to fish from a boat, or for one team
to fish from two boats that are not anchored together, etc.
4. Teams may change locations during the race. The
location, but must meet the rules of the race.
5. Teams must always report the area number 24
hours before the start of the hunt. If the team registers a fish for the
competition and does not have the current area number reported, this fish will
not be included in the competition.
6. No team member may fish in the
reported area in the last ten days before the start of the race.
7. Teams must secure a valid permit to fish on the
union grounds at their own expense. If it is a foreign team, the organizer will
try to provide more detailed information to obtain a hunting permit.
8. Only persons over the age of 18 can participate
in the race, who have met the conditions of registration and have been
retroactively confirmed to start the race.
9. It is a condition that the phone number provided
in each team's registration form has an active WhatsApp account. This number
will then be added to the group: UNIQUE CARP CUP
10. Team members compete at their own risk. The
organizer bears no responsibility for any damage to health, property, etc.
associated with this competition.
11. Only live fish must be photographed and filmed.

13. We treat catches with care and observe fishing
regulations.
14. Competitors are obliged to keep order after
each other.
15. A team cannot enter one fish twice, even if it
is caught a second or third time.
16. Videos or photos may be published in a WhatsApp
group, on social networks, websites, magazines, newspapers, TV shows, etc.
17. If the race does not take place due to reasons

18. Mobile data and internet must be active on the
mobile device throughout the race for the correct functionality of the GPS
positions.
19. In case of damage (breakage, loss, etc.) of the
table, which is necessary to document the catch, the team can ask the organizer
for a new one (duplicate). This service will be charged for 1,000 CZK and will
be sent within 24 hours after reporting by express delivery (post) to the
nearest post office in the team's vicinity. In the case of a weekend or
holiday, there may be a delay. Teams are only entitled to one duplicate.
20. GPS positions, circuit numbers, some parts of
video recordings and photos are intended only for the organizer, race purposes
and control, and will not be published publicly. Competitors should be careful
how they arrange their weigh-in and fish-documenting area to avoid
over-exposing fishing spots ("SITE BURNING").
CATCH DOCUMENTATION PROCEDURE
1. A team that wants to enter a fish in the
competition must record a video in one piece in the following order:
a) during the footage, the team will film the
angler fighting with a detail on the rod with a seal (the registration code
must be visible on the seal, and the video recording must still have a shot of
the angler fighting).
b) after the fish has been tackled and picked
up, the weighing jacket must be sufficiently poured, the jacket placed on the
scale, which is on the weighing tripod, and the scale zeroed with the weighing
jacket poured (the weighing jacket must not be poured from this moment on).
c) removing the fish from the water and
placing it in a wet weighing jacket and weighing it until the scale locks the
given weight.
d) placing the fish in the mat, including
watering. Taking two photos (one and the other side) with a completed table
(the table will contain the name of the competition, the name of the team, the
weight of the fish, the time and date of the catch, the unique code for the
given fish).
e) releasing the fish back into the water.
Instructions can be found HERE
The angler who tackles the fish must still be in
the cameraman's field of view. If an angler tackles a fish from a boat in the
evening and at night with poor lighting, a cameraman must also be on the boat
to see what is happening to the fish. After the fish has been tackled, the
cameraman should stand far enough away to capture the entire location,
including the fish in the sinker in the water, for documentation and
photography. He should only approach when taking details of the seal, zeroing
the scale and then photographing the catch.
If the teams will artificially prolong the process
of documenting the catch (from catching to releasing the fish), for example due
to the creation of some lengthy photo and video material, such a fish will not
be included in the competition. The team can create all their photo and video
materials during the documentation of the catch.
2. The team must take a screenshot of the details
of the video and photo to see when, how much, what, where (GPS location) the
video and photo were taken.
Instructions can be found HERE
3. The photos and videos that will be sent to the
competition must be legible and clear. The video recording must have a format
of at least FULL HD and 60 frames. The video quality must be set in the camera
settings of the mobile device.
Instructions can be found HERE
4. Only IPHONE with iOS 17 and above must be used
to take pictures and make videos. GPS location for the camera must be enabled
on this device and the time zone set to Prague.
Instructions can be found HERE
5. Competitors or other persons may not edit or
change the location and time details of the videos and photos created.
6. Photos and videos must be created only in the
original phone application (camera).
7. After catching a fish, the team will be assigned
a unique registration code by the organizers. The phone number for assigning a
unique code will be listed in the heading of the group on WhatsApp. This code
must be written on the table in the appropriate column. The table was sent to
the teams with the other items before the start of the race. It is necessary to
write the date and time, the weight of the fish on the table. In areas where
24-hour fishing is not allowed, codes will only be issued 10 minutes after
midnight and then from 4 am.
8. Photographs and video recordings must be made
with as much care as possible to the fish (fish should be taken out of the
water for the shortest possible and necessary time).
9. There must always be at least two team members
in the photo with the fish. One holding a fish and the other holding a table.
If at least two team members are not in the photo, the fish will not be entered
into the competition.
RACE SCORING PROCEDURE
1. If there is a match in the sum of the weights,
the team that recorded the final sum faster (calculated according to the catch
time on the tables) wins.
2. If the sum of the weights matches, the organizer
will check the time to see if the teams have written the correct times
(corrections may be made in case of errors).
3. The time we fill in the table is determined at
the moment when the team picked up the fish in the net (this will be recorded
on video).
4. If the team is placed 1st, 2nd, 3rd. place or
will have the biggest fish of the race, every team member must send a photo of
a valid fishing permit within 6 hours after the end of the race so that it is
clear who the permit belongs to, the permit number, the recorded attendance
during the race and ten days before the start of the race. This information is
only for the organizer to check and will not be published anywhere.
Instructions can be found HERE
5. If a team does not submit the required video
footage of the registered fish within the specified time limits or the video
footage does not have clear required details (the video footage will be cut or
not in one piece, there will be blind spots where there will be no shot of the
fish, and what is happening to the fish will not be detailed to the seal, the
fighting angler will not be in the shot, etc.) this caught fish will not be
included in the competition.
6. If the team's number of points drops, for
example due to failure to provide a video recording or the recording does not
meet the required parameters, the next team in the order that has documented
the necessary documents to officially confirm the catch will take its place.
7. After the races, the organizer has 12 hours to
analyze the video recordings and other documents needed to confirm the official
results.

competition.
7. Information in the group is considered
confidential and it is forbidden to spread this information outside the group
(what happens in the group, stays in the group).

or the fishing regulations, for which they will be disqualified, they are not
entitled to a refund of the entry fee and may be banned from participating in
the following years.

members during the race, the entire team is automatically disqualified.

will be automatically disqualified. This rule is for individual assessment
according to the seriousness of the offense.
5. If the fish is killed, injured by careless
handling, the team will be disqualified.
RECOMMENDATIONS AND LESSONS
1. Teams may gradually delete video footage after
the official confirmation of the catch.
2. Teams can take photos, film and subsequently
record video even during the race from normal fishing activities on the water.
Materials from these photos and videos may be used by the organizer for
publication during the race on social networks and for further promotion.
3. Teams that do not place should register all
their catches according to the rules, as this increases their chance for the
next year's free entry fee draw.
4. Please note that teams have three members and
there must always be at least 2 team members in the photo with the fish. For
example, if one member of the team falls ill, the team can continue the race
with two members, but they must arrange for someone to take photos and videos
of the team. For example, if two team members fall ill, the team unfortunately
has to withdraw from the race because it does not meet the conditions and rules
of the race. After the start of the races, it is no longer possible to change
or add team members (in this case, the team is not entitled to a refund of the
entry fee).
5. All video instructions can be found on the
YouTube channel youtube.com/@fishingleagueandcup in
the INSTRUCTIONS playlist
6. Teams that will be using boats, ships or other
vessels are advised to use suitable life jackets including lighting and sound
signaling in the event of falling into the water for all persons on board.
7. Teams should carry a first aid kit in case of
injury.
8. If something is not clear to you, you are not
sure or you want to ask about technical information, do not hesitate to contact
us.
9. We recommend additional insurance for
